Example , eat those foods which a lot of local population is eating( This ensures that you wont get stale or rotten stuffand the vendor is trusted by lot locals as not to create gastro diseases) , see that its boiling hot( this ensures that germs are killed), etc. There was a suggestion in Delhi to give licenses to all street food vendors and ensure that every month they go for FFI check ( Free from infection. This can institutionsalize this. Anil Ambani when once asked about his favorite cuisine has promptly sweared , " Veg street food in India. A little risk some time adds more color to life. 2.
